The project involves the development of a privately owned 109,000 m² plot in Corfu through the creation of a modern and sustainable tourist and residential complex.

• The investment includes a 7,000 m² hotel unit with a restaurant, swimming pool and entertainment facilities, as well as a 550 m² commercial building.
• It also includes the creation of 15 independent plots (each measuring 4,000–5,500 m²) with 200 m²
• All infrastructure will be supported by potable water production units, wastewater treatment facilities and electricity generation through photovoltaics.
• The development is designed with a focus on sustainability, functional autonomy and integration into the area’s natural landscape.
