The project concerns the combined management of dewatered biosolids at the Ioannina Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).

• It includes the removal and utilization of old stockpiles located on the plant’s premises and the daily management of the sludge and other solid waste produced.
• The intervention covers the entire cycle of processing and transport, ensuring the continuous and environmentally sound management of the WWTP residues.
• The project aims to relieve congestion on-site, enhance sanitary safety and ensure full compliance with environmental legislation requirements.
