Construction of a sanitary landfill and upgrading of the liquid waste station.

The project concerns the construction of a new basin for the expansion of the landfill and its environmental rehabilitation. The landfill basin ensures a capacity of 800,320 m³ and meets the waste disposal needs for approximately 28 years.

The construction project includes:

• Expansion of the landfill with the construction of the Phase II basin
• Upgrade of the existing leachate treatment station
• Construction of all relevant infrastructure works.
